• Monitor performance and early alarms, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain operational documentation.
• Plan system migrations, coordinate change requests and outages, and manage new OSS deployments.
• Support data center readiness, site preparation, hardware UAT, and AMC contract reviews.

• Install server hardware, conduct site surveys, maintain inventory, and troubleshoot OSS hardware and clients.
• Coordinate data center readiness, support hardware and software upgrades, and document system incidents.
• Prepare LLDs and change requests; support inspections, UAT, and project management.
